The Bulow Plantation Homeowners Association was formed in compliance with Florida State laws and was created to advance the welfare, safety, communications, civic welfare, mobile home law education, and the enjoyment among our residents.
Your Homeowners Association operates under the Florida Mobile Home Act, known as Chapter 723 of Florida Statutes and as such we are responsible to act as the spokespersons for all the homeowners here at Bulow Plantation in our dealings with the Park owner, Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc.
Bulow Plantation Homeowners Association conducts its annual meeting in January. Additional meetings are held (usually monthly) throughout the year. Meeting dates and times are announced in the monthly community newsletter which will be delivered to your home. The meetings are open to the public and we encourage you to attend, meet your neighbors and find out what is going on in our community.
Bulow Plantation HOA is a non-for-profit Corporation and relies on annual dues ($20 per household as of 01/2019) from our homeowners. Your HOA operates under a board of directors who are elected for three-year terms. Dues paying members of the association have the right to vote to elect members to the board, and on other issues requiring member approval.
Dues paying members enjoy exclusive benefits, such as access to the "Members Only" section of this website, Clubhouse rental sponsorship and complimentary hot breakfasts. We strongly encourage you to join and add strength in the number of members who support the board of directors in our dealings with the park owners and as well as providing activities here at Bulow Plantation.
To join as a dues-paying member of the HOA, download and complete the Application below and bring, along with your payment, it to coffee hour on Saturday or any HOA General Membership meeting.
