Bulow Village Clubhouse Policies Edit page

The Bulow Village Clubhouse is available for use by all Bulow Village residents via an entry access key card issued to each homeowner. All Clubhouse users must abide by the Bulow Village Clubhouse Rules

Informal gatherings and regularly scheduled games and recreational activities do not exclude others from using the Clubhouse.

Reserving the Bulow Village Clubhouse:

The Clubhouse may be reserved by residents for private, non-commercial group functions, subject to the following policies:

• Reservations for use of the Clubhouse may only be made by Homeowners living within the Bulow Plantation Village community. No visitor, guest, or outside person may reserve the Clubhouse. The Bulow Village Homeowner making the reservation must attend the function.
• Reservations can be made as early as six (6) months prior to the event but NO LATER than 45 days prior to the planned event by submitting a Clubhouse Reservation Agreement and provision of a $50 damage/cleaning deposit. An insurance endorsement with minimum general liability coverage of $1,000,000 must be on file in the Bulow Management office naming ELS as additional insured
• Availability of the Clubhouse may be ascertained by clicking on Bulow Village Clubhouse Calendar at BulowHOA.com, or by contacting the Bulow Village Management Office.(386) 439-3283.
• If the requested date and time are available, a Clubhouse Reservation Agreement must be filled out, signed and returned with a check for the $50 refundable deposit to: “Bulow Plantation Homeowners Association”. An online form submission is available at BulowHOA.com. Bulow HOA functions approved by the Bulow HOA Board of Directors in advance do not require a written reservation.
• Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and will be confirmed when both the Clubhouse Reservation Agreement AND refundable security deposit have been received by Bulow HOA.
